Returns / exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to us are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Haarspeldjes & zo with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can report the return of the item via your account. If you did not create an account when ordering, you must contact us at info@haarspeldjesenzo.nl.
